Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa means "breath-syncronised movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses (asanas) that move one through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
Kemetic Yoga Kemetic Yoga. also known as Egyptian Yoga or African Yoga. Kemetic yoga is depicted on the hieroglyphics on temple walls and was practised in Ancient Africa or Kmt for over 10 000 years. Flexibility is secondary, with the emphasis on the science of breath control and geometric movements of the body. This synthesis of movement channels life force (energy/prana/ Ka) through the body for the main purpose of rejuvenating ones entire being, cultivating inner-peace and stillness.
ISHTA Yoga ISHTA means “Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda” and combines the elements of these three ancient eastern disciples to produce a modern yoga system that trains, instructs, and develops the body, mind and spirit. ISHTA yoga is neither rigid nor dogmatic. Classes are typically gentle allowing the individual to practice yoga that is best suited for their physical, mental and spiritual needs.
